Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a Summer 2026 Intern for a Project Engineer for the avionics team on the Navy, Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) modernization program at our Littleton, Colorado site. In this role, you will support the integrated product team in execution of contractual tasks such as cost and schedule planning, performance monitoring, and reporting. You will utilize your strong organizational and communication skills to understand, prioritize, and enable our engineering team in meeting their technical tasking commitments in a timely manner. Must be a US Citizen

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program majoring in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Experience or coursework in project management
  • US Citizenship as this position requires access to Export Controlled Information (ECI)

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong social skills, and ability to build consensus among peers while building solid relationships with team members, customers, and leadership.
