About The Position

Founded as a general construction business in 1917, Sevenson entered the remediation business in 1979 when it became the principal contractor for the remediation of the Love Canal site, Niagara Falls, New York. Sevenson is a nationally recognized environmental remediation contractor, ranked No. 3 on Engineering and News Record in the country, working with clients to remediate contaminated sites across the United States. We are actively seeking ambitious and detail-oriented Project Engineers to support our remediation project at one of our current projects. Location will be determined based on need.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a college program working towards a degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering or similar program
- Excellent verbal and written/technical communication skills
- Excellent organization skills
- Intermediate knowledge of AutoCAD preferred and Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities
- Reporting daily construction activities
- Development of excavation drawings via AutoCAD
- Daily production and waste tracking logs
- Assist performing monitoring and sampling
- Review analytical data to ensure compliance with disposal facility requirements
- Collecting as-built excavation limits with GPS surveying equipment
- Coordination of site deliveries
