Position Summary The Project Manager Intern will support cross-functional projects that improve efficiency, quality, and employee engagement across NADC operations. This internship provides exposure to disciplined project management practices, stakeholder collaboration, and Lean/continuous improvement. Interns will contribute to real initiatives while gaining valuable experience in project planning and execution.

Requirements

  • Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Interest in project management, continuous improvement, and cross-functional leadership.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; exposure to project management software (MS Project, Smartsheet, Planview) a plus.

  • Exposure to professional project management methods and tools.
  • Hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, and presentation building.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with project planning, timelines, and milestone tracking.
  • Shadow senior project managers in coordinating initiatives across operations, quality, IT, and planning.
  • Develop documentation, presentations, and reports for leadership reviews.
  • Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and track project impact.
  • Support workshops or Kaizen events by capturing notes, documenting actions, and ensuring follow-up.
  • Complete a defined project (assigned at internship start) to demonstrate learning and deliver measurable improvement.
