About The Position

The primary purpose of this position is to facilitate engineering, design, and project management for assigned projects. The role involves working closely with internal customers and third parties, including architects, engineers, and construction teams, to develop clear project scopes and ensure successful project completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Agricultural).
• 3-5 years' relevant experience.
• AutoCAD skills & collaborating skills.
• Strong teamwork skills & problem-solving skills.
• Project administration.
• Internal resource coordination.
• Experience with using Microsoft Project.
• Poultry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Works with internal customers and third parties (architects, engineers, construction) to facilitate engineering and design and develops clear project scopes.
• Provides mentorship to Project Engineer I.
• Develops a project scope with the Project team based on internal customer needs.
• Researches, evaluates, engineers, and designs.
• Manages projects through completion.
• Manages and directs construction, renovation and/or project activities to achieve stated objectives on time and on budget.
• Directs and enforces safety policies and standards for projects.
• Manages quality outcome of assigned projects - on time and on budget.
• Provides periodic reporting as directed.
