About The Position

The position requires a candidate with a strong background in integrated automation and controls technology, particularly in high-speed packaging systems design. The ideal candidate will have experience in dairy process engineering and PMO, adhering to 3A standards, as well as expertise in plant-based process engineering and manufacturing plant utility systems. The role demands excellent organizational skills and self-discipline to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively. Strong conflict resolution and interpersonal skills are essential, along with excellent verbal and written communication abilities. The candidate should be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or late shifts, especially during installation and startup periods.

Requirements

• Experience and working knowledge in integrated automation and controls technology
• High speed packaging systems design
• Dairy process engineering and PMO, 3A standards
• Plant based process engineering
• Manufacturing plant utility systems
• Must be organized and self-disciplined to accommodate the management of concurrent projects
• Excellent conflict resolution and interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekend or late shifts, during installation/startup periods
• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering, Food Science or relevant degree from an accredited College or University
• 3 to 5 years of experience
• 3 years of relevant Engineering experience required, preferably in CPG beverage/food manufacturing
