About The Position

Revamp is seeking a Project Engineer I to join our EPC Services team and support the successful delivery of utility-scale renewable energy projects. This is an early-career opportunity for someone who wants hands-on exposure to renewable energy project execution while building foundational skills in project coordination and engineering consulting. You will work alongside experienced Project Managers and technical teams, helping keep projects organized, on schedule, and aligned with client requirements. In this role, you’ll gain practical experience managing project documentation, tracking RFIs and submittals, coordinating record drawings, and supporting scope and schedule execution; all while contributing to projects that directly advance the clean energy transition. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or closely related field or substantial relevant working experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently with guidance.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to identify and solve routine problems with direction from senior staff.
  • Foundational proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems.
  • Prior internship or entry-level experience in engineering design, construction or similar environment.
  • Prior exposure to project engineering or project coordination functions.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior internship or entry-level experience specifically in renewable energy construction or engineering environments.
  • Familiarity with renewable energy project documentation workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for information management and document control for assigned projects.
  • Organize and maintain project files, downloads, uploads, and meeting minutes.
  • Track and support closure of RFIs and submittals.
  • Coordinate and support the submittal of record drawings.
  • Support maintenance of project documentation in accordance with company procedures and client requirements.
  • Support Project Managers in monitoring project scope, schedule, and deliverables.
  • Assist in coordinating internal teams and external stakeholders as directed.
  • Acquire knowledge of PV system layouts and components such as modules, racking, inverters, and Balance of Systems (BOS).
  • Acquire foundational knowledge of project management principles in an engineering consulting environment.
  • Ensure compliance with company, industry, trade, and jurisdictional safety standards, practices, and codes.
  • Work under the direction of more senior project management staff.
  • Receive close supervision and thorough review of completed work for sound professional judgment.
  • Perform essential duties including meeting deliverables and deadlines.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned or directed.
