About The Position

ENTRUST Solutions Group is seeking an innovative Project Engineer to contribute to critical infrastructure projects. In this role, you'll work on engineering solutions for gas distribution and transmission systems, meter and gate stations, and high-pressure natural gas pipelines. You'll collaborate with senior engineers, gain exposure to new design challenges, and play a key role in delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality projects. As a Project Engineer, you'll work hand-in-hand with Project Managers and technical leaders to move engineering designs forward and find ways to make processes even better. You'll play a key part in preparing proposals, estimating engineering hours, and making sure quality standards are met every step of the way. Your technical expertise will help shape designs that meet all specifications and regulatory requirements, while you guide engineers, drafters, and designers on projects of all sizes. You'll also dive into technical analyses and collaborate directly with clients to keep projects on track and aligned with their goals. In this role, you are enabled to be at the forefront of integrating artificial intelligence (AI) and utilizing tools such as, Microsoft Copilot, bespoke AI workflow tools, and an IT team dedicated to continuous improvement and innovation to enhance our operations and drive efficiency. All employees can engage with the Digital Transformation Team to support the integration of new tools and following employee ideas to drive success for the business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET accredited university (civil or mechanical preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience
  • Hands on experience with pipeline and/or facility projects
  • Background in designing or managing high pressure gas projects

Nice To Haves

  • EIT or Professional Engineer registration
  • Proficiency with software such as AutoCAD and Bluebeam

  • This position pays between $90,000 and $110,000 annually and is an exempt position.
