About The Position
The position involves preparing and distributing project submittals, subcontracts, and purchase agreements for construction projects. The individual will maintain and distribute plan drawings and revisions, initialize and maintain required project logs such as RFIs, change orders, and submittals. Additionally, the role includes assisting in the preparation of work plans for upcoming scopes of work, obtaining required permits for job site activity, setting up utilities, services, and water meters, and tracking project expenses on a weekly basis. The candidate will also maintain strict adherence to company policies, perform weekly safety inspections, maintain daily production quantities for cost tracking, review budgets, manage change order correspondence, assist with scheduling, and ensure timely and accurate project closeouts. The role may also involve assuming additional responsibilities as directed.
