Requirements

  • Proficient and accurate in all areas of AutoCAD.
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience.
  • EIT registration is required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Revit MEP is preferred but not required.
  • PE is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the project proposal effort by defining the project scope of work and budget.
  • Experience with electrical design for buildings new construction and renovations.
  • Telecommunications (cell tower-wireless design) experience a plus.
  • Knowledge of electrical and building codes and standards, including National Electrical (NEC), Energy Code, and International Building Code (IBC).
  • Experience with fire alarm system design, lighting design, lighting control and building low voltage systems requirements.
  • Ability to meet fast-paced deadlines while maintaining quality design.
  • Sincere commitment to learning new skills and accepting new responsibilities.
