In this role, you'll provide technical leadership and drive capital investment projects that support factory initiatives and long-term master planning. Your expertise will be key to designing and implementing bulk material and liquid handling systems that enhance production capacity, improve operational efficiency, and ensure asset reliability-all while meeting stringent regulatory standards. This position requires hands-on knowledge of automated dispensing technologies and tank farm infrastructure, including integration into oral solid dose and liquid manufacturing environments. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver engineering solutions that meet safety, quality, and performance goals across the full project lifecycle-from concept through commissioning.

  • Leading project scope execution for dispensing and tank farm process activities with internal cross-functional teams and external sourcing service consultants/suppliers, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and cost management throughout the full project lifecycle.
  • Managing dispensing and tank farm process design with consultants and vendors through concept, basic, and detailed design phases, and actively participating in design reviews and workshops to ensure robust, compliant, and scalable system design.
  • Leading and overseeing dispensing and tank farm equipment package execution, including vendor selection, FAT, installation, SAT, IQ, OQ, and PQ, while coordinating with technical teams, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to optimize system performance and integration.
  • Leading engineering handover of dispensing and tank farm systems to production, maintenance, quality, and R&D teams, ensuring operational readiness and alignment across functions.
  • Supporting start-up execution of dispensing and tank farm systems, including OQ/PQ, SOP development, preventive maintenance setup, and QMS integration.
  • Supporting project documentation control to ensure GDP (Good Documentation Practice) standards are applied across dispensing and tank farm scope.
  • Ensuring dispensing and tank farm systems meet all relevant regulatory requirements, including company standards, FDA regulations, and state/federal EHS compliance.
  • Preparing project budgets and cash flow projections for dispensing and tank farm scope.
  • Creating detailed project implementation timelines, including milestones and schedules specific to dispensing and tank farm system delivery.
  • Potentially managing up to 1-2 direct reports to coach, support, and direct delivery of CapEx projects related to dispensing and tank farm systems.
  • Managing multiple capital projects of varying scale, leading cross-functional teams to generate documentation including drawing packages, equipment specifications, URS, bid packages, and qualification protocols for dispensing and tank farm systems.
  • Scheduling and conducting regular project meetings to communicate status, plan activities, and provide updates to stakeholders on dispensing and tank farm system progress, risks, and issue resolution.
  • Overseeing contractors and field installation for dispensing and tank farm equipment, ensuring workmanship and equipment meet corporate standards and project requirements, and maintaining operational integrity through start-up and commissioning.
  • Minimum of Bachelor's in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Civil or Electrical).
  • 2+ years relevant engineering experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or food and beverage industries; capital project management preferred.
  • Solid understanding of engineering fundamentals and ability to apply standard principles and techniques to solve technical problems.
  • Well versed with Microsoft Excel/Word/Power Point & Project and AutoCAD
  • Experience in coordination and communication with cross functional teams.
  • Basic understanding of the project execution lifecycle and target focus action ability.
  • Knowledge of hygiene and validation preferred
  • Experience in an OSD or liquid factory or warehouse logistic activities including pre-treatment mixing/compounding activities to filling and packing is preferred.
