We bring the strength of more than 100 years of experience and renowned engineering expertise to meet the needs of today’s mission and stay ahead of tomorrow’s threat. Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world. At Raytheon Vision Systems, we manufacture advanced infrared detectors and semiconductor materials that power mission-critical sensing technologies for defense and aerospace applications. Our production environment is highly specialized, involving cleanroom operations, precision crystal growth, and rigorous metrology to ensure the highest standards of quality and performance. As a Project Engineer, Productivity & Cost Account Management, you’ll play a pivotal role in productivity improvements and modernizing our manufacturing operations. You’ll work hands-on in a fast-paced, cleanroom-based production setting where attention to detail, safety, and collaboration are essential. Your work will support the fabrication and testing of infrared sensors by improving how data is collected, processed, and used—from automating project reporting and report generation to migrating legacy systems and connecting progress and accounting information to internal and external sponsors. Success in this role requires not only strong technical skills in project management and cost account systems, but also the ability to work closely with engineers, technicians, and production staff in a controlled environment.
