About The Position

Manage and deliver on time, complex projects and activities related to Experimental Flight Test Manage cross-functional teams in the establishment of scope, schedule and budget of projects Work closely with technical experts, business leaders, suppliers, and customer representatives to ensure adherence and compliance of projects scope, schedule, and budget Manage and establish methods related priorities between projects and activities Identify and report on risks and lead risk mitigation planning and execution Participate and/or coordinate within the internal safety and security processes to assess, contain, and correct potential product deficiencies with cross-functional stakeholders Prepare and provide visibility of budget requirement / resource allocation Prepare and present visibility reports for the various levels of the organization Coordinate and manage multi-site activities and remote participation as necessary

Requirements

You have an Engineering degree, or relevant diploma with equivalent working experience
You have 5-8 years in Project Management within Aerospace
You have advanced knowledge of Project Management processes and principles
You have previous experience in development and certification Flight Test
You demonstrate a professional attitude and excellent communication skills
You have excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as foresight, accuracy, attention to detail and commitment to objectives and responsibilities
You have a natural leadership and pro-active attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities
You are self-motivated, autonomous, enthusiastic and results oriented
You demonstrate ability to work willingly and independently in a fast paced, challenging environment
You have effective problem-solving skills with the ability to make good decisions to move projects along to meet or exceed the targets
You have good computing skills (proficient in MS Office, specifically Powerpoint, Excel, and Project).
