About The Position

Kallidus Technologies, Inc. is looking to fill-in a position for Project Engineer with a high energy level and who are passionate about what they do. The position is for legal US Citizens and will be responsible for performing a variety of duties, including the following: Preparing submittal package, participating in the construction bidding process, oversight of subcontractors, site visits, preparing monthly project status reports, developing and monitoring the budget for the individual projects, coordinating schedules and monitoring works in progress, and submitting monthly draw requests to the owner of the project for payment. Additionally, the role involves value engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent
• Strong academic or work record
• Hands-on computer applications including MS Office, Expedition, MS Project, Excel, CAD, and PDF
• LEED AP certification is a plus
• Desire to be a leader in the construction management arena
• Motivated self-starter
• Willingness to learn and ability to follow directions
• Ability to read engineering drawings and interpret specifications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
