Responsibilities

• Assist with project schedules, budgeting, and document management.
• Coordinate with vendors for pricing and materials.
• Perform estimates, takeoffs, and maintain essential project logs.
• Track construction materials and equipment deliveries.
• Attend project meetings, take notes, and keep everyone on the same page.
• Help with project closeout documentation and ensure smooth handover to owners.
