About The Position

Work with Development teams to ensure quality, cost and schedule adherence. Assist Engineers during concept development, prototyping, product testing, and manufacturing debug Provide technical advice and feasibility assessment for new product concepts Participate in cost review and value engineering efforts to meet business objectives

Requirements

• Must be a current undergraduate or graduate student.
• Students graduating in 2025 are NOT eligible for Fall 2025 co-op opportunities.
• Co-op assignment can be either a required or optional requirement for graduation.
• Must be available to work full-time as a co-op from July - December 2025
• Completion of at least one year of study towards a BS in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Strong time/project management skills & the desire to build/expand proficiency in this area
• Intermediate-level skills in MS Excel, Word & Outlook & web-based applications
• Previous project work or co-op experience in manufacturing, product design engineering, mechanism design, compound development
• Passion for collaboration, play and consumer product development
