About The Position

Leads multiple projects simultaneously, including the evaluation and implementation of manpower and systems projects designed to reduce operating and expenses, increase revenues and enhance customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or another related engineering discipline.
• Seven (7) years experience in industrial engineering or related engineering experience.
• Strong analytical, computer and communication skills.
• Ability to develop operating plans and conduct studies.
• Knowledge to set strategies.
• Ability to transform business processes and operational tools into actionable tools.

Responsibilities

• Leads the development and implementation of operating plans and performs engineering work, conducting studies, preparing data and developing models and analytical tools for use by engineers and operations.
• Sets strategy which leads to the transformation of business processes and operational tools to enable global excellence.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
