About The Position

Leads multiple projects simultaneously, including the evaluation and implementation of manpower and systems projects designed to reduce operating and expenses, increase revenues and enhance customer service. Essential Functions include leading the development and implementation of operating plans and performing engineering work, conducting studies, preparing data and developing models and analytical tools for use by engineers and operations. Sets strategy which leads to the transformation of business processes and operational tools to enable global excellence. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or another related engineering discipline.
• Seven (7) years experience in industrial engineering or related engineering experience.
• Strong analytical, computer and communication skills.
• Ability to develop operating plans and conduct studies.
• Knowledge to set strategies.
• Ability to transform business processes and operational tools into actionable tools.
