The Project Director provides executive leadership and overall direction for major industrial capital projects, ensuring the safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery of all project phases from initiation through turnover. This role is responsible for Safety, Quality, Planning, Scheduling, Budget, Contract Management, Risk Mitigation, and Construction Execution. The position is based on project sites in locations to be determined and involves strategic oversight of project teams, contractors, and stakeholder interfaces to achieve alignment with corporate objectives and client expectations. The Project Director is expected to champion a world-class safety culture, direct the implementation of project-specific quality programs, approve and oversee detailed project execution plans, manage the project's financial performance, assist in the negotiation and administration of major contracts, serve as the primary point of contact with clients and corporate leadership, lead formal change and risk management processes, build and mentor high-performing project teams, and ensure accurate and timely reporting of project performance.
