About The Position

Healthcare leaders are encouraged to consider a Project Director role with Liberty Healthcare Corp. This role will be responsible for directing Liberty Healthcare’s new consulting partnership with one of the nation’s largest health insurers and Medicaid / Medicare plans in Washington, DC. The downstream impact of this initiative will help ensure members receive high quality care. Specific project elements include evaluating and measuring gaps in performance, efficiency, and effectiveness in quality performance, population health and equity, member services and cultural competency, care coordination and delivery system improvement, administrative and reporting responsibilities, and adherence with District of Columbia Medicaid requirements.   • Master’s degree
  • Five or more years of healthcare industry experience
  • Successful track record of leading impactful healthcare quality improvement initiatives
  • Deep knowledge of project management methodologies

  • Ability to lead and influence others by driving alignment, collaboration, and results
