About The Position

NextEra 360 Technical Sales Team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Director - Technical Sales to join NextEra Analytics. This pivotal role will support the growth and development of our software and hardware services to both internal and external customers. The Technical Sales Lead will play a key role in engaging with customers from the Commercial and Industrial (C&I) sectors as well as the Power and Utility sector to deliver tailored energy solutions. Additionally, this role involves the project management of external customer engagements, focusing on energy consulting, decarbonization roadmaps, and collaboration with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) and business units. Employees in this role act as technical experts and trusted advisors to customers, sales teams, and internal channel partners. They specialize in identifying, advancing, and closing opportunities by comprehending the customer's business and technical requirements, as well as the competitive landscape. By leveraging business insights and deep subject matter expertise, they build and sustain customer relationships, using the insights gained during the discovery process to design solutions that align with the customer's business needs.
