About The Position

The Project Director role will support the Margaritaville Vacation Club sales with direct oversight for set locations and partnership/alignment with other sales leaders to obtain optimum performance. This position is integral to maintaining our partnership with Margaritaville Vacation Club and will involve significant decision-making authority and autonomy, particularly while at sea.

Requirements

• MGVC product knowledge
• FLA Real Estate license
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and make effective decisions that align with the company's direction
• 2-3 years experience in Sales Operations, Sales training, Timeshare operations
• Technical skills in Journey, WSA Worksheet, Eworksheet, Ecredit, Workstamp, MSFT Office

Nice To Haves

• Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement

Responsibilities

• Partnering with local Sales Support leaders on the opening of new locations
• Brand immersion training
• Driving consistent expectations and brand unity
• Partnering with MGVC on strategic direction
• Working with project management regarding programs/products
• Direct management of Cruise Operations associates and Sunset Walk
• Partnering with leaders at current locations to drive performance
