About The Position

The Project Director role will support the Margaritaville Vacation Club sales with direct oversight for set locations and partnership/alignment with other sales leaders to obtain optimum performance. The Project Director will be responsible for elevating decisions that require immediate attention to SVP and making autonomous decisions when acting in direct field capacity. The decision-making ability of the Project Director will be an integral part of maintaining our partnership with Margaritaville Vacation Club.

Requirements

• MGVC product knowledge
• FLA Real Estate license
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and make effective decisions that align with company's direction
• 2-3 years experience in Sales Operations, Sales training, Timeshare operations
• Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement

Responsibilities

• Partnering with local Sales Support leaders on the opening of new locations
• Brand immersion training
• Continue to drive consistent expectations and brand unity
• Partner with MGVC on strategic direction
• Work with project management regarding programs/products
• Direct management of Cruise Operations associates and Sunset Walk
• Partner with leaders at current locations to drive performance: Atlanta, St Thomas, Nashville, and any additional openings
