About The Position

The Project Director of Sales will primarily be responsible for achieving defined sales targets through supportive management of the sales team. You will also be responsible for supporting the Vice President with staff recruitment, development, and site financial management. Duties include but are not limited to delivering the required sales targets for the site by supporting and motivating staff to achieve performance goals, assisting in providing appropriate training, education, and performance monitoring for the sales team, supporting marketing programs, and educating sales staff on the marketing strategies. You will follow and represent the Company in an ethical, moral, and professional manner with adherence to industry and Company best practices. Additionally, you will actively participate in management duties, training sessions, and sales meetings and provide on-site support to sales employees. Integrity in all aspects of the position is essential, as is displaying leadership values by ensuring effective communication and respecting your peers and managers.

Requirements

  • Previous Timeshare/Vacation Ownership sales background
  • Experience in supporting and managing a successful high volume sales team
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets
  • Sound leadership ability including motivating, coaching, and performance management
  • Effective communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with internal and external customers
  • Passion for sales and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Driven, self-motivated, and results focused
  • Sound problem solving and negotiating skills
  • Ability to recognize financial trends and their application to the business
  • Flexibility to work the operational hours of the site
  • Must have a Florida Real Estate license or ability to obtain one
  • Full availability required to work weekends and holidays
