Requirements

  • 15+ years of leadership in large‑scale engineering design and construction projects within an AEC consulting environment , with accountability from early design through construction completion.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, resources, and risks in complex project settings.
  • Track record delivering high‑quality design‑build projects on time and on budget.
  • Experience in one or more of the following sectors: Food & Beverage, Home & Personal Care, Life Sciences, or Advanced Technology, with a strong commitment to safety, sustainability, and quality.
  • Proficiency in planning, scheduling, documentation, and leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • Adaptive, collaborative leader skilled at building strong relationships and guiding diverse stakeholder groups toward shared goals.
  • Bachelor's in Engineering from an ABET‑accredited university (required).
  • Contractor Qualifier License(s) or willingness to obtain in multiple states.
  • Ability to travel for project needs, client meetings, and industry events.

Responsibilities

  • Lead $50M-$150M design‑build projects from concept to closeout as the single point of accountability to clients and project teams.
  • Partner with multidisciplinary teams to deliver solutions in Food & Beverage, Home & Personal Care, Life Sciences, or Advanced Technology markets.
  • Strengthen and grow relationships with clients ( local, regional, national ) and all other project stakeholders by establishing and maintaining close alignment on scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Ensure quality and on‑time delivery from design and preconstruction through completion.
  • Foster trust, innovation, and continuous improvement using lessons learned and emerging technologies.
  • Support marketing initiatives and identify opportunities to grow projects and identify new business opportunities.
