We have a significant pipeline of exciting opportunities across the full nuclear lifecycle and need to fulfil this purpose. To support this purpose, we are looking to develop stronger digital leadership on our major projects to drive positive change, embracing digital into our delivery teams. This role is primarily about connecting the client and internal customers to our internal digital capabilities, creating a pull signal, whilst also identifying opportunities for us to transform and improve central ways of working based upon practical learning from experiences as a push signal. Your Role You will have the responsibility to drive innovation and improvements in your project and make a real impact. You will therefore be expected to selectively embrace and adopt the right methods and technology for the right job, and simultaneously constructively complexity the status quo, positively influencing stakeholders with your vision. You will join the dots, by identifying the pain points or opportunities of your client(s) and projects with the digital services of the wider group. You will be a key player in helping to strategically prioritise our internal development efforts in new digital products and technologies, as well as give practical feedback and learning from experience in implementation. About You You are a leader, with ability to shape, influence and drive a direction towards a positive outcome. You excel at architecting and articulating simple solutions to complex Complexities. You are energised by engaging stakeholder groups within your client or project to understand their requirements and aspirations, and love to articulate and influence a vision and narrate potential benefits of embracing new ways of working. You thrive under delivery pressure and directly responsibility to find the right solutions to drive the most positive impact into your project, motivated through benefits tracking to really see the impact of your changes.
