JOB SUMMARY: As a Project Development Process Analyst for our commercial team, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting project specific data to support our commercial development reporting and processes. You will also play a relevant role providing consistent, regular and timely information to the Senior Management Team. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, providing and incorporating improvements to our stage gate management process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in PowerPoint and intermediate Excel.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to relentlessly identify and seek needed information both internally and externally.
  • High motivation and initiative with an ability to work without close supervision.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong work ethic and a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to convey complex issues in a simple manner.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP designation or related.

Responsibilities

  • Consolidate, analyze and review project portfolio information templates and coordinate Project Review Committee presentation and interim reports.
  • Define, maintain and execute Project Development Process.
  • Develop templates and formats for use in our global business development efforts.
  • Lead commercial development efforts and training on Project Development Process, institutional lessons learned, among others.
  • Assist with other ad hoc and special projects as assigned.
