About The Position

Project Designer at a Growth-Oriented Energy Company Opportunity to learn and apply engineering principals and methods Delivers operational excellence by planning, organizing and owning work assignments from start to finish Key activities include: Drawing piping isometrics issued for construction using CADWorx. Job walks, field measurements. Compiling bills of materials. Drawing structural steel and concrete foundation designs using AutoCAD Climbing ladders, going up into pipe racks, and wearing fall protection. This position requires organization and communication skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines and production requirements. Requirements

  • legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship
  • eligible to obtain a TWIC card (Transportation Worker Identification Credential)
  • High School diploma or GED, required.
  • Minimum 3 years of design experience in refining or manufacturing required
  • Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office suite programs including Word, Excel, and Access required
  • Proficient in Auto CAD, minimum of 3 years of experience required

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, structural or civil engineering preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years CADWorx experience preferred
