About The Position

Join a dynamic team where you will leverage your skills in Revit to design projects in various sectors such as commercial, retail, mixed-use, science and technology, hospitality, and multi-family residential. With a focus on mission-critical projects, this role offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile projects across large metropolitan cities on the East Coast.

Requirements

3 years of architectural experience.
Proficiency in architectural material and systems detailing, and envelope systems design.
Experience with construction administration, codes, and regulatory processes.
Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is preferred.

Responsibilities

Design projects in Revit, focusing on commercial, mission-critical, data centers, and multi-family housing.
Manage and mentor junior staff, fostering an environment of encouragement and growth.
Prepare construction documentation and technical coordination with MEP partners.
Create renderings and construction documents for various project types.
Engage in heavy emphasis on construction documentation and technical coordination.

Short Term Disability (STD): Ci Design offers participation in a Short-Term Disability program at 60% of salary up to $1,500 per week, cost to be paid by the employee.
