We’re currently seeking a Project Designer to join our Headquarters team! The Project Designer supports the Construction Development team by creating and managing design plans for new-build land development projects. This role is responsible for producing detailed drawings, coordinating with architects and engineers, and ensuring that designs align with brand standards, operational needs, and regulatory requirements. The Project Designer collaborates closely with project managers, real estate managers, and internal stakeholders to bring construction concepts to life. This position requires strong technical design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. What You Will Do: Design Development and Drafting: Create site designs for new land development using CAD and design software. Ensure design compliance with applicable codes, company standards, and operational requirements. Contribute creative solutions to design challenges and site constraints. Revise drawings based on feedback from internal teams, consultants, and permitting agencies. Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align design intent with construction feasibility. Participate in design reviews with internal teams and stakeholders. Standards and Documentation: Maintain and update design templates, brand standards, and construction documentation. Support the development of design standards for new concepts and prototypes. Organize and archive project files for future reference Track design milestones and ensure timely delivery of design packages Note: The job duties above provide a general sense of the role; though, additional duties may be assigned as necessary.
