Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 2 years of relevant business experience.
  • Degree or certifications in Science, Technology, Math, or Engineering (preferred).
  • Proficient with Windows and Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel).
  • Aptitude for working with 2D or 3D documents.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work quickly without compromising accuracy.
  • Experience reading Civil Engineering Plans.
  • Salesforce or other Customer Relationship Management experience for work management or quoting.
  • Experience with Bluebeam Revu or other Engineering Mark-Up Software, AutoCAD, or other drafting software.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project timelines and ensure accuracy in deliverables.
  • Support inside sales services that increase ADS product opportunities and specifications on projects.
  • Assess Civil Engineering Plans to identify opportunities for ADS products.
  • Leverage ADS Design Tools or AutoCAD to provide ADS product designs.
  • Use BlueBeam to create a Bill of Materials from civil engineering plans or internal designs.
  • Complete Quotes based on customer lists or Bills of Materials.
  • Utilize tools such as Bluebeam Revu, AutoCAD, and other drafting software to ensure precision and accuracy.
  • Meet daily output and quality measures as defined in Salesforce.
  • Consistently meet SLAs for turnaround times, following applicable review processes for more complex work.
  • Identify issues with information provided by Sales or Customers and work to get clarification.
  • Manage timelines effectively, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Establish relationships with mentors, team members, and the outside sales team.
  • Actively track progress on goals and make achievements and opportunities for improvement visible to supervisors.
