About The Position
Facility and Space programming. Design Coordination
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Construction Management, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in architectural drafting, facility planning, or healthcare design
- Experience conducting field surveys and preparing as-built documentation
- Experience with space programming and stakeholder coordination
- Experience managing CAD standards and facility drawing databases
- Experience coordinating external vendors and consultants
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (required)
- Understanding of building codes and healthcare standards (IBC, NFPA, FGI Guidelines)
- Ability to produce demolition plans, construction documents, furniture and finish layouts
- Knowledge of facility asset management systems
- Ability to review shop drawings, submittals, and construction documents
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree in Architecture, Design Management, Construction Management, or related discipline
- Experience working in a hospital or healthcare facility environment preferred
- Working knowledge of Revit (preferred)
