The Role The Project Delivery Specialist is responsible for supporting the successful delivery of customer facing add-on projects related to the Versaterm CAD/RMS suite. This includes coordinating projects such as interfaces, conversions, patches/upgrades and related deliverables in collaboration with internal technical and implementation resources. Working under the direction of the Implementation Manager Lead, this role ensures effective communication, documentation, and task follow-through to keep projects on schedule and aligned with customer expectations. The position also provides support to onboarding projects by assisting in the coordination and execution of training, testing, and interface planning tasks, and as required, would also provide front-line, non-technical support for all Versaterm CAD/RMS clients. Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in project coordination or support, preferably in a technical or public safety software environment.
  • Strong background in project deployment, technical support, and customer service
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; comfortable managing multiple concurrent tasks and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow through on tasks and compete deliverables independently when given clear direction.
  • Experience working in a team-based environment with exposure to client-facing project work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and Teams
  • Experience with project management and task-tracking tools is required; familiarity with Kantata is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Due to the nature of our work with public safety agencies, this position requires compliance with the FBI's Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Security Policy. Candidates must successfully pass a comprehensive, fingerprint-based background check. Please note that specific customer contracts may impose additional security verification requirements. Obtaining and maintaining all required security clearances is a condition of employment. Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Versaterm CAD, RMS, or similar public safety software systems is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support execution of customer add-on projects such as CAD/RMS patches/upgrades, conversions and interface implementations.
  • Serve as the central point of coordination between the technical engineers and customers for defined project scope.
  • Track and report on project progress, identify task dependencies, and ensure timeline follow-up on outstanding items.
  • Work with the Implementation Manager to create, maintain, and update standardized project documentation such as checklists, tracking sheets, and interface control documents.
  • Participate in interface planning sessions, assisting in the gathering of requirements, documenting specifications, and tracking tasks to completion.
  • Support onboarding projects by coordinating interface deliverables, managing conversion planning activities, and providing training assistance as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support team objectives, departmental needs and overall organizational priorities.
