The Role The Project Delivery Specialist is responsible for supporting the successful delivery of customer facing add-on projects related to the Versaterm CAD/RMS suite. This includes coordinating projects such as interfaces, conversions, patches/upgrades and related deliverables in collaboration with internal technical and implementation resources. Working under the direction of the Implementation Manager Lead, this role ensures effective communication, documentation, and task follow-through to keep projects on schedule and aligned with customer expectations. The position also provides support to onboarding projects by assisting in the coordination and execution of training, testing, and interface planning tasks, and as required, would also provide front-line, non-technical support for all Versaterm CAD/RMS clients.
