Requirements

• Current state public assistance system experience that supports eligibility and benefits determination and case management.
• Experience supporting State client(s) in one or more of the following areas: Production Batch Operations, eligibility determination, benefits calculation, benefits issuance, and/or information management.
• Deep knowledge about the Batch Scheduling Tool, BICSuite, Functional & technical flow of the entire Batch Job set in the system.
• Local to Sacramento or Los Angeles.
• Ability to travel 0 - 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of batch processing activities for the project.
• Ensure that production schedules are followed, systems run efficiently, and all batch jobs are completed accurately and on time.
• Support Implementation and Operations Management best practices while taking ownership of tasks and/or project workstreams and guiding more junior professionals.
• Support and/or lead workstreams on engagements related to Systems Implementation, Operations & Maintenance, Helpdesk Operations and Software Application Development & Maintenance.
• Contribute to deliverables and review the work of others for quality and accuracy.
• Demonstrate an understanding of the client environment and overall project scope.
