The Project Delivery Manager for RF-SMART is part of our NetSuite implementation team. We are seeking a strong practice-oriented individual with experience in management and software implementations. The Project Delivery Manager will be responsible for the management and oversight of the NetSuite Professional Services Project Management team. They must possess and understand the skills needed by the team and have the skills to coach, mentor, and develop the staff as required. They will serve as the point of escalation for all active PM led projects which require oversight for key accounts. Other responsibilities include overseeing departmental procedures and processes for efficiency, resource planning and allocation, and tracking key metrics including utilization. This requires excellent management, delegation, and organizational skills to prioritize resources and tasks, maintain project profitability targets, and ensure customer satisfaction. A Project Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Key duties include risk management, adapting to changes, and facilitating collaboration to achieve project objectives from initiation to completion.
