Project & Data Analytics Specialist The Project & Data Analytics Specialist applies strong knowledge of business processes, internal systems, and technology to develop solutions that support organizational objectives. This role collaborates with stakeholders to translate business requirements into data-enabled solutions, reporting, and insights that drive business improvements.

Requirements

• Experience with data querying, experience with business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI), data warehousing, data modeling, and data mining
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Analytics or related field.
• Microsoft Fabric, Salesforce knowledge a plus, in addition to background in the Financial Services industry

Responsibilities

• Provide potential approaches and solutions to data related requests, assess feasibility, estimate effort, identify data requirements, draft project plans and make recommendations.
• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to present data in a clear and actionable manner. Ensure reports are accurate, intuitive, and aligned with business requirements
• Design and implement solutions for internal requests by leveraging knowledge of business processes and software to support operational and strategic decision making. Apply strong knowledge of internal systems and processes to identify opportunities and implement efficiency improvements.
• Create, maintain, and optimize Salesforce workflows to streamline processes, and enhance system useability.
• Collaborate with business users to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions. Provide guidance, training, and documentation to ensure effective adoption of business solutions.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data used for analysis and reporting. Support data quality initiatives and maintain consistent data standards
• Apply machine learning algorithms to develop predictive models and enhance data analysis capabilities.
