About The Position

The Project Cost Estimator in the Nordstrom Store Development organization provides accurate and timely cost estimates for building construction projects, from pre-construction through to completion, by analyzing historical project costs, evaluating project scope and collaborating with engineers, architects, contractors, and management teams to ensure the accuracy of cost forecasting. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Proven experience in cost estimation and analysis with industry-specific software.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and cost estimation software.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management.
• Knowledge of project management principles.
• Strong understanding of construction means and methods, particularly retail buildings
• Ability to create budgets with limited design Information
