About The Position

Our team helps Federal Government clients design, build and operate owned and leased facilities on Redstone Arsenal. Cost estimators on our team provide estimates before design, throughout design and during construction on parts and whole projects. During Construction, cost estimators will estimate changes generated by the client, field conditions and from the General Contractors. They will then compare those estimates with the proposals from the General Contractors. After occupancy of the facilities cost estimators will assist in O&M lifecycle cost estimates, utilities and energy estimates as well as renovation and mission change estimates.
