Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for customers and internal departments.
• Secure critical project information necessary for successful project completion.
• Verify project information accuracy and update documentation in ERP software.
• Schedule project template times with customers.
• Review after-template results and update job scope accordingly.
• Communicate changes or needs with customer contacts.
• Inform production shops of any out of the ordinary project needs and supply them with project packets.
• Inform installers of any out of the ordinary project needs and supply them with project packets.
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure all project items or information are obtained.
• Compile billing paperwork for submission to the accounting team.
