The Project Coordinator – Social Media provides day‑to‑day project coordination and operational support for the Social Media team. This role is responsible for tracking projects, managing timelines, supporting workflows, and ensuring clear, consistent communication across stakeholders. The position partners closely with Social Media team members to support execution, documentation, and delivery of initiatives while applying established project management best practices.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 2 years of College or Technical/Vocational School
  • Project coordination and organizational skills
  • Process documentation and workflow optimization
  • Meeting facilitation and documentation
  • Clear and professional communication
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Time management and prioritization
  • Proficiency with Airtable for project coordination and tracking.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace tools, including Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint/Slides.
  • Ability to document workflows, maintain project records, and facilitate meetings using collaboration and communication software.
  • 3 years of experience in a project coordination, project support, or operational support role.
  • Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and optimize operational workflows to support the effectiveness of the social media team
  • Facilitate clear, consistent, and documented communication across team members and stakeholders
  • Develop, document, and maintain standardized processes to support ongoing and future initiatives
  • Coordinate projects, timelines, and deliverables using Airtable (project management tool)
  • Support team alignment by scheduling, leading, and documenting project check-ins, status updates, and retrospectives
  • Apply established project management best practices to support efficient execution and measurable outcomes
  • Provide ongoing project tracking, coordination, and communication support to ensure initiatives remain on schedule
