Project Coordinator (Casual Hourly) The Institutional Antiracism and Accountability (IARA) Project is looking for a part-time casual hourly (12-16 hours per week), for approximately eight months beginning in February 2026. This position is based in-person at Princeton University, where an on-campus workspace will be provided. Team meetings are held in-person and online. A flexible weekly schedule will be arranged to support both the needs of the role and the preferences of the team. The hourly rate for this role is $33-39 based on experience. Our research is cross-sector and independent. Through rigorous research and real-time policy analysis, we critically evaluate policies and practices for antiracist change so that practitioners can implement effective, lasting solutions. We aim to move organizations from words to action to accountability.
