About The Position

cFocus Software seeks a Project Coordinator to join our program supporting the Department of Defense (DoD). This position is remote. This position requires the ability a Public Trust clearance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience supporting project coordination or program support activities.
Experience supporting IT or software development projects.
Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
Experience preparing schedules, reports, and briefing materials.
Familiarity with Agile or IT project management methodologies.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD CAC and required background investigation

Responsibilities

Support Program and Project Managers with coordination of DSAID sustainment and enhancement activities.
Track project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and action items.
Prepare and maintain project documentation including plans, schedules, meeting minutes, and status reports.
Coordinate meetings, working groups, and technical reviews; distribute agendas and capture action items.
Support Agile development activities including sprint tracking and backlog coordination.
Assist with risk, issue, and dependency tracking and reporting.
Support reporting requirements for the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).
Coordinate task execution across technical, functional, and cybersecurity teams.
Support change management and configuration management activities.
Assist with transition-in, transition-out, and knowledge transfer activities.
Ensure compliance with documentation, security, and records management requirements.
Provide administrative and logistical support for program activities
