Your work ensures that Sales, Construction, and HomeCare teams can execute projects efficiently and at the highest standard.

Minimum 5 years of experience coordinating custom residential construction or high-end remodeling projects.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
Comprehensive knowledge of residential construction methods, materials, permitting, and building codes.
Experience managing project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, selections, change orders, and schedules.
Proficiency with project management software such as CoConstruct, Buildertrend, or similar.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to proactively identify and resolve project obstacles.
Professional references demonstrating accountability, collaboration, and reliability.
Commitment to maintaining high construction standards while delivering a superior client experience.

Responsibilities

Manage permitting and regulatory approvals in partnership with clients, architects, and local authorities.
Coordinate all project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, selections, and change orders, ensuring they are complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
Maintain detailed project schedules and monitor critical path items to ensure on-time delivery.
Support purchasing, material take-offs, cost tracking, and Accounts Payable for construction projects.
Facilitate clear communication between Sales, Design, and Construction teams to prevent gaps or misalignment.
Track and document project progress, issues, and resolutions, ensuring accountability and transparency.
Identify risks or delays proactively and collaborate with the project team to implement solutions.
Ensure smooth handoffs between pre-construction, construction, and post-construction phases.
