The Project Coordinator at Saint Louis University plays a vital role in supporting the Intelligence Community Center for Academic Excellence (IC CAE) within the School for Professional Studies. This position involves advising, planning student events, and maintaining communication with stakeholders, all while working primarily remotely with some on-site requirements. The role is designed to enhance student engagement and program development, ensuring a supportive environment for students.

  • Develops and distributes a monthly newsletter to students in the IC CAE program outlining events, internships, and announcements.
  • Maintains and creates program enrollment forms and other records.
  • Maintains and updates the program website and coordinates social media.
  • Provides support to special events including retreats, campus speakers, workshops, and leadership programs.
  • Assists with departmental programming efforts and initiatives for the campus community.
  • Establishes ongoing collaborative relationships with partners in academic and student development areas.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with a minimum of one year of experience working with students.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software programs.
  • Sufficient knowledge and experience using social media.
  • Ability to work with a diverse population and maintain confidential information.
  • Demonstrated experience with student program development, organization, implementation, and evaluation.
