The Project Coordinator at Kohler Services is responsible for managing the end-to-end customer experience for the Kohler Services business in Wisconsin and Minnesota. This role requires proactive communication with consumers regarding their expectations throughout the various phases of the project management process. The Project Coordinator will work closely with the Design Consultant team to provide open installation dates and address questions about product availability and the scope of work. This position involves scheduling installation appointments, collecting payments, managing finance programs, and overseeing accounts receivables. A key aspect of this role is to become an expert in communicating the installation process and product details to customers. In addition to customer interaction, the Project Coordinator will collaborate with the Scheduler to provide necessary details for building inspections and permits, as well as address any service needs post-installation. The role also includes working alongside the Project Manager to source materials in line with job timelines. The Project Coordinator will occasionally answer the main phone line when the Front Desk Administrator is unavailable, maintaining a positive relationship with customers and internal teams, including Installation Supervisors, Warehouse staff, and others. This position is also responsible for managing customer-related surveys and implementing essential procedures to support business growth. The Project Coordinator's workload is primarily focused on project coordination, which constitutes 80% of their responsibilities, while general office duties make up the remaining 20%. This includes managing the customer experience lifecycle, confirming contracted materials, updating information in established systems, and overseeing accounts receivables. The role requires a high level of autonomy and the ability to make independent decisions regarding customer issues and project management.
