About The Position

The Project Coordinator supports project managers by handling administrative and logistical tasks to ensure projects run smoothly, stay on schedule, and within budget. Key responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating team communication, organizing meetings, preparing status reports, tracking expenses, and maintaining project documentation. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to facilitate efficient project execution. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and/or 5 to 8 years of experience.
  • Secret security clearance.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and maintain organized records.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactively identifying challenges and developing solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Meticulous approach to handling documents, data, and project details.
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project schedules, coordinate meeting logistics, and ensure team members have the necessary resources.
  • Serve as a point of contact between project teams, stakeholders, and project managers, facilitating communication and distributing updates.
  • Maintain project records, documents, and files, and ensure all materials are up-to-date and properly stored.
  • Track project progress, monitor budgets and expenditures, and prepare status reports for project managers and stakeholders.
  • Assist project managers with various administrative tasks, such as ordering equipment, compiling documents, and supporting project planning.
  • Help identify and track project risks and issues, and contribute to developing solutions.
