About The Position

Summary: Our Infectious Diseases division is a busy team that provides top-notch care in the inpatient and outpatient settings, as well as to our community partners via various contracts. The project coordinator will serve as the point of communication for internal and external partners working with contracts, with our finance and HR teams as they pertain to staffing and payments for contracts, and with faculty and staff involved in care. This position will also assist the ACA with clinical concerns, including but not limited to schedule planning and coverage changes, clinical and effort planning, lump sum payments, salaries, and budgeting. Our ID division also has a robust Ryan White and 340B program. This position may take on special projects that relate to these growing areas. Requirements

  • Associate's degree in an appropriate discipline or equivalent combination of education, skills, and experience.
  • No licensure or certification required.
  • If bachelors, 1 year of administrative/office support or 6 months of project related support.
  • If an Associate's degree, three (3) years of experience providing project-related support.
  • If a high school diploma/GED, seven (7) years of experience providing project-related support.

Responsibilities

  • Assists the Project Manager in developing a comprehensive workflow process for projects. Reviews project proposal and deliverables with Project Management and other related departments that will be involved to determine proper lead time.
  • Maintains communication with project members to assure timely and efficient completion of jobs, proper communication of issues, and proper documentation of the entire process.
  • Monitors and modifies the project schedule as assigned. Maintain document control, database management, track project activities, and team communication. Assists the project team and team lead in strategic meetings and follows up with meeting notes.
  • As project lead, prepares and edits project-related presentations and charts. Coordinates meetings, including travel arrangements and expense reports. Maintains the Project Managers' calendars.
  • Schedules project follow-up meetings as needed. Develops and publishes communications to project shareholders. Develops and reviews project status and reports.
