The Project Coordinator I - Employer Sales & Account Management will support the management of our employer accounts in a client-facing capacity. This role is integral to the day-to-day execution and success of our employer partnerships, serving as a visible point of contact for client communications, coordination, and deliverables. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment, balancing client responsiveness with internal cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth, timely execution of both ongoing account management work and strategic initiatives. This individual will support the full lifecycle of employer account activity, including client meeting preparation, reporting, project tracking, and coordination across our operations, product, marketing, and analytics teams, serving as the voice of the customer across the broader Mount Sinai Solutions team. Additionally, the Project Coordinator I - Employer Sales & Account Management will support growth efforts by contributing to employer-facing proposals and sales initiatives.
