About The Position

The Project Coordinator for Academic and Student Affairs provides project coordination, operational support, and strategic assistance for initiatives jointly led by the Office of the Provost and the Division of Student Affairs. This role advances priorities in student experience, academic priorities, academic operations, and special projects that strengthen collaboration across academic and student-facing functions. The position will work closely with Division of Student Affairs and Office of the Provost leadership teams.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent high school certification or combination of education and/or experience.
  • Relevant Experience (5 Years)

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates cross-functional projects that involve both Student Affairs and the Office of the Provost, including initiatives related to academic and student affairs operations, alignment between student affairs and the schools, advising, student success, and retention. Ensures work plans, timelines, and deliverables are clearly defined and executed.
  • Provides planning, tracking, documentation, and stakeholder support for academic initiatives emerging from the Provost’s Office. Assists with research, preparation of materials, communications, and logistical execution.
  • Coordinates Student Affairs projects related to the student experience, program development, policy implementation, and operational improvement. Facilitates communication and collaboration across units.
  • Prepares reports, presentations, and communications for internal audiences; supports coordination between academic leaders, Student Affairs leadership, faculty partners, and campus stakeholders.
  • Provides flexible project support for new or rapidly developing priorities, either unit-specific or jointly sponsored by Student Affairs and the Provost’s Office.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
