About The Position

The Project Coordinator manages the end-to-end execution of EV charging station installation projects, coordinating multiple subcontractors simultaneously from preconstruction through project closeout. This role serves as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, ensuring installations are completed on time, within budget, and to specification while maintaining accurate documentation and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field of study or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in related field
  • Working knowledge of project management software
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience working with budgets and forecasting
  • Ability to work with a team as well as independently as required
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines on multiple projects at one time
  • Strong project and time management skills. Demonstrated expertise establishing priorities and project deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, and professional demeanor

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM platform is a plus
  • Charging Provider and/or EVSE Infrastructure experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop, monitor, and execute project plans and schedules with multiple subcontractors simultaneously
  • Manage multiple projects from the preconstruction phase through project closeout
  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, expenditures, and change orders
  • Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings, promotional presentations, and updating project calendars
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions
  • Ensuring project deadlines are met
  • Determining project changes
  • Undertaking project tasks as required
  • Developing project strategies
  • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
  • Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable
  • Ensure stakeholder views are managed toward the best solution
  • Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members
  • Create a project management calendar
  • Review contractor quotes and invoices
  • Create contractor PO’s in Blink’s accounting system for approval
  • Update CRM system daily
  • Provide updates on current project status to upper management
  • Act as the lead and point of contact for projects
  • Manage EVSE installations from start to completion
  • Supervise and coordinate subcontracted construction crews and installers remotely
