  • Coordinate the day-to-day activities of research projects.
  • Support researchers with software licenses renewal and data storage.
  • Negotiate with vendors and obtain quotes for research equipment.
  • Coordinate research team meetings and other necessary meetings.
  • Maintain project websites and develop research newsletters.
  • Support data collection and track research milestones and goals.
  • Manage internal and external proposals and prepare related documents.
  • Assist in the development and management of summer research programs for undergraduate students and high school teachers.
  • Support the New Faculty Seed Grant Program for early-career researchers.
  • Assist in the development and management of the Edge AI certificate program for industry professionals.
  • Oversee fiscal management of sponsored project budgets and ensure alignment with project timelines.
  • Work with Principal Investigators to address budget issues and ensure proper charging of activities.
  • Assist with hiring and maintaining research faculty, Postdocs, and students.
  • Oversee administrative aspects of projects, including subcontract executions and payments.
  • Coordinate purchase orders for research materials and supplies.
  • Manage travel arrangements and reimbursements, and maintain inventory records.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Three years of directly related experience, which may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Experience in budgeting and financial oversight.
  • Familiarity with research project management.
  • Full-time position with a competitive salary.
  • Regular working hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
